Pc working slow

Hi
My pc was running games beautifully until one day the pc was not starting and gave this error "disk read error" but i somehow got rid of it and the pc started but my games started working slow...

Hi,

About a month back my comp had crashed so now i have reinstalled my pc but the Windows Experience Index was showing 4.7 for my processor and now it is showing only 3.0
