Yes, as long as you do a clean install. I had 32bit Windows 7 on my computer then I did a clean install of 64bit on the same computer with the same key and it worked.

Google Chrome does not have 64 bit for Windows. That is only for Linux so that is not the problem. I've installed Chrome 10 times at least of different Windows 7 computers. I've never had a problem....

Or Paint.NET, GIMP or even Paint. Windows 7 is the only OS to be able to burn CD's and DVD's with no additional software at all. You can watch DVD's with Windows Media Center or Windows Media Player.
