So, are you saying that you used about 150GB for Linux(ie, 97 for Windows Partition & the rest 150 for Linux Partition)?
Technically, Hard Disk have Partitions/Partition Drives like C:, D:, E: etc...

Let the system do its work. You just want to wait. Usually this don't occur unless it is a huge file. Be patient for a reasonable time. Still if it remains, try logging off/restart.
