I've read/heard the CPU in the iPhone 6 will be 64-bit rather than 32-bit. Probably means little to the end-user, but interesting to note with regards to the technology.

With regards to that particular Seagate, I'd keep a close eye on it. Sector reallocations aren't by themselves a clear sign of death for the HDD, but it's a sign that the HDD may be on its way out....
