Aero is NOT supported by this driver I believe. No need to use it anyway as it slows a system a little bit.

I never seen a problem with 'igfxsrvc.dll' file after following my procedure. I would right-click those exclamation yellow marks and do 'Update Driver' and pick the folder with the driver I provided...
