I tried to re-install the updates. KB2676562 still fails, now with an error code of 8024200D.
However, the other 3 updates that wouldn't go through now have been successfully updated...

Should that folder (C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages) already exist? I don't seem to have it, but I do have C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages which contains similar file packages...

Thank you. I have not tried the re-install. This is a new computer bought directly from HP in April, so I may go back to them about doing a re-install as it looks rather involved for a new computer.

Unable to install update KB2676562, error 800B0100

I have not been able to successfully install updates KB2676562 or 2679255. And now, along with those, KB2709715 and KB2731847 fail to install.

I have tried multiple fixes:
1. MS Fix It and hot...
