Yes, it's loading the files, and I also reset the BIOS to default as well. But I still get the same error. Not sure why but it says there are no problems in the diagnostic.

OK, I used windows vista to test the USB flash drive and it works so it is not a problem with the flash drive. The error is realted to some sort of hardware issue, but I don't think anything is wrong...

I wouldn't call it a laptop but its got laptop components I guess. It's a dell inspiron all in one PC (23 inches - 1080 p)

It's 64 bit too. It works well If I can actually get it working again.
