Is there a way to have access to these info without the laptop opening?
And yes it keeps starting back on it's own but no error message. Maybe it give one but I don't have time to see it cause it...

Hi,
I am having an issue with my laptop...
It keeps starting back all the time and I have windows 7 ultimate 32 bit. I can't have access to safe mode, when I try safe boot repair it won't work...
