15kbps is really week. 54Mbps is the maximum for most routers. If you're connected to your router then you will always go full speed, but are you using an adapter?

32-bit can only utilize 3GB, in some cases 4. If you want the OS to take full advantage of all 8 gigs, you NEED to install 64-bit.

I noticed when I was beta testing the RC, I got a stronger signal on my adapter. When I went back to Vista, it got a weaker signal. My guess it's the Operating System making it better.

I personally love Windows 7's start button. Unlike Vista's where it just lights up when hovering over it, it actually slowly lights the four flag colors.

Drivers are the one thing that make a small ammount of people stay away from 64-bit. Yeah, most likely they do, and pretty much every company has already prepared all of their drivers for Windows 7....

Depends. If you have 32-bit, it will most likely only use 3 of the 4. If you have 64-bit, then I would recommend putting in the two gigs.
