Curse was uninstalled and stopped to run at...

Curse was uninstalled and stopped to run at startup. Checkdisk was also ran since then Windows has being stable no blue screens and being playing games without any problems

Removed curseclient hoping it has not left traces of itself in my system. Noticed yesterday kespersky has left traces behind anyway to remove these?

I will post back if I get new BSOD

Have you tried to the game launch without using steam?, some games don't really need steam to launch.

I'm still seriously considering crossing over to ATI, a 5850 would need 2x 6 pin pci-e connection, my psu supports 12v - Nvidia require more power consumption than Ati.

Want a card I will be happy...

Well...

Truth of the matter is, we won't be seeing the full benefits of DirectX11 anytime soon (give it a year or so).

With that In mind... I'd go for the HD 4890.

~10% better performance...
