By chance I did a Google search for a live boot disc for windows 7 and Google had this video by broken glass which he show how it can be done . I'm able to boot with it now...

How good of a job does it perform ? Reason why I am asking I have done it and it seem to do it so quick , were as when you do a reformat with windows disk management it seem to do a really good job...
