I have run chkdsk in three diffrent combinations and run sfc numerous times and the problem still does not seem to go away. I found how to read the sfcdetails log in txt checking for [sr], and once...

The other day while preforming maintenance I ran SFC /Scannow for errors. Low an behold there is a corrupt file. Normally this would automatically be repaired at next system reboot - not the case....
