sorry for the mistypes. and it is windows 7 i forgot to update it with my new laptop.. i will make sure my display drivers are updated. As far as the scan goes it did not find any missing files.

turns out that the voltage regulator on the motherboard was corrupted and so i had to foce constant voltage to the gpu....
