I've tried using device manager, drivermax, and driver detector but I can't find any out of date drivers. Is there a better tool to use or am I looking in the wrong place?

freezes 100% of the time I use the internet
freezes/crashes with use of other programs randomly
amount of use required varies before crash
issue still occurs in clean boot
believed to happen once...
