If you're card/s are factory overclocked set them to reference clock speeds with MSI Afterburner & perform a clean install of the latest drivers (stay away from the beta drivers)

Boot into safemode and delete the nvidia drivers, then boot normally and install fresh drivers. Not 100% sure it'll work, but it's worth a shot.

Thank you so much for your help guys! but it was actually a problem with my CPU vcore. I set it to auto then ran prime95 for a while and stability returned :)
