I just used the Shell command "shell:UsersFilesFolder" again and the folder was mysteriously back! I have no clue how this was resolved...very strange.

Views: 5,096 I tried option 1 using the Shell command...
I tried option 1 using the Shell command "shell:My Video" and nothing happens which leads me to believe the folder no longer exists.
Options 2 & 3 don't apply since the folder no longer exists....
