Try this!

Format your d drive and install(if in case you've deleted) windows 7 in c drive. The double boot option is due to improper deletion of windows xp.

Now the double boot option will disappear.

You get a blue screen in windows 7 means your RAM is not enough. Put 1 GB more to solve this problem. Or go back to windows XP until you get this 1 GB RAM. DON'T CONTINUE...
