Intel cards have some weird options for power saving. I just turned them off and flickering gone. I don't know however how could you turn it of on ATI card. You should try searching under control...

I don't think so because it's a new laptop (5 months) and as i said on linux problem don't exist :)
I've found a cause. It was caused by graphic card, it has some weird options for power saving...
