I would like to pre-order the english version but...

I am french, i want the english version of windows 7, but i am living in China.

Is there any way i can pre-order the Pro version ? From the microsoft website, they say...

I don't want to turn my windows into another language, the English version is fine, but i want to be able to write in english, french and chinese. Do i necessarily need the Ultimate version for that ?
