i tried many CD but same thing . i thing a file of my CD/DVD-ROM is corrupted.
I will ask everywhere to find the answer of my problem, but if not I need to send to the service to fix it

If you don't have it and wish it, you need to enable it (Control Panel/Programs and Features/Turn Windows...
