Problems restoring Windows 7 on Sony VAIO VPCEE2S1E

I have a Sony VAIO VPCEE2S1E which I am trying to fix with no results.

I think the problem resulted from dropping it a couple of months ago, it has slowly deteriorated and slowed to the point...
