Thankyou for your fast response, unfortunately it doesnt seem to have worked. It said it was repaired successfully but then when I tried to open Word I got the same message again :(

I recently bought a Toshiba laptop, Model: Satellite C660-18C running on Windows 7 Home premium and it seems to be running extremely slow. Im pretty sure this has something to do with the Start...
