Can't be my RAM considering the sticks are brand new..and Hard Disk is an OCZ SSD. I reinstalled Windows as a last resort but the AMD display driver still keeps crashing and recovering..so I guess...

Most likely not. I didn't even install Window 8 to even test/try it out. I didn't really like the look of it or the sound of it anyway. I'd rather stick to Windows 7 and Mac OS X.

The other Ethernet card was a Belkin PCI card. It wasn't onboard. That setting in the BIOS under AI Net 2 is a cable check feature to test the Marvell controller on POST. Both aren't working....

Both LAN on Boot ROM and Onboard LAN are enabled. LED lights on the actual LAN port at the back are green and orange.

I have installed an updated version of my chipset...

I have installed an updated version of my chipset and my AMD Radeon R9 280X display drivers, so at least that's those done. I still can't get my LAN working yet? :(
