Can you make USB mouse wake the computer on button only?

Hi,

Somtimes when the mouse is on the desk and something moves it ever so slightly, the computer wakes. Is there a way to change this setting so that you need to press the button?

Control-Scroll just changes the icon size it seems. It doesn't change the word size with it like in Internet Explorer.
