it doesnt work I've tried it a million times and plus it always says the error when saying,"creating shourtcuts" can someone please help me out:confused:

problem 1317

I was trying to install autodesk 3ds max 32 bit and when i get to the installation part it always say,' error 1317. an error has occurred while attempting to create the directory
