in this case it refers to an microprocessor architecture started by intel. and doesn't imply 32 or 64 bits.

I believe that is normal since the recovery console assigns letters based on which partition it sees first. It is not aware of the fact that the System Reserved partition doesn't get a drive letter...

Does your system have the System Reserved partition? If not, the Boot folder contains the boot records needed to boot your system.
