I have attached the log - it shows all problems fixed - I went ahead and installed the updates - all went in cleanly - windows update shows everything up to date - thanks again...

I have several time tried to install SP1 on my home computer (os Windows 7 home premium 64 bit) but keep receiving the same error - I also have run multiple hotfixes and the system update readiness...
