Upgrading the PSU to a higher watts/voltage...

Upgrading the PSU to a higher watts/voltage (let's say 500W - 600W) would fix that. I believe. In fact, PSU nowadays is'nt that much expensive.

I purchased a new Power Supply Unit with higher...

I purchased a new Power Supply Unit with higher Watts and that fixed the problem.

My Win7 Freezes

My Windows 7 freezes everytime it starts up. After logging in, a few minutes it would hang up, all i would do is press the restart button.
