Deleting space BEFORE Windows 7 Drive?

Okay, my hard drive is set up as follows:

[OEM Reserved-------][2GB FAT Partition][Win7 System Reserved][Win7 Actual OS]

Can I delete the first two without it rendering my Windows 7...

It was a problem in the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

I manually deleted one of the drivers which affected initializing the CD-Rom...

Windows forgot I have a CD-ROM drive???

My computer will boot from bootable CD-Drives, so it's not a physical / plugged inproblem, however, when I go to My Computer in Windows 7, there is no CD-Drive listed!!!
