O&O Defrag is by far the best in my opinion for many reasons which I don't have time to list right now. But I highly recommend it.

I have 12GB and Windows 7 x64 Ultimate was only showing 10GB usable. I unchecked that box in msconfig and restarted the computer, and now it's back to normal...
