Win 7 64bit memory question

Hello, I have 4GB installed on my laptop and as you can see from the window capture it reads 3.74 GB usable.

Shouldn't it recognize all 4GB? Or is the other .26 GB being used by the graphics...

You can also use Infranview to do batch processing, so you don't have to resave your files one at a time. The wesite has a FAQ and forums to help if you need that.
