i thought of that but this is kinda embarassing i tried bios updating but couldn't figure it out how...i got the .exe and one more file for updating but it seems i can't understand how...

No the problem does not occur if the computer is started in safe mode...Well I actually turned off the Automatic Restart thingy in win7 and its stable now. No restarts so far...i'll come back if...
