i ran chkdsk in command prompt in recovery tool...

i ran chkdsk in command prompt in recovery tool options and it said Windows has checked the file system and found no problems

Still not working

Hi I tried to load the recovery disk and it still didnt work.
after following directions i got
The FILE DIRECTORY C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\NTDLL.DLL is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chdsk...

What to do if I can't find the backup discs?
