Thanks but I already tried restoring to an earlier point.. And I have not installed anything else.. I did install some updates after it happened but none that I know of before.

No Start up Programs plus Aero keeps turning off

Hi,

I have had windows 7 for a few months and it has been running fine,
today when I turned on my laptop I do not seem to have any startup programs plus the desktop windows manager keeps need...
