I uncheck the box "Sort all programs menu by name"
(Task Bar properties/Start menu/Customize/Sort all programs menu by name)

After unchecking I can arrange the folders & shortcuts in the Start...

Is there a "recover console" or simular that can be installed on the HD of a Win7 box?

Can the "repair" option from the install DVD be installed on the HD so it can be accessed without the DVD?

Using Windows 7 64bit.

I have a number of older 32 bit apps on the computer. When I open a commn dialog box in these apps (file open/save, etc). the dialog box is not sizeable and the folder pane...
