Various drivers not working after fixing startup looping

I was given a german laptop to have a look at because it was failing to turn on, it would keep restarting it's self when it loaded the Windows logo.
I solved that problem using this method...

Why does Tor internet and skype work but not my normal browsers?

I'm connected a server and the internet on it is acting weird
My normal browsers (firefox + Chrome) are randomly stopping and refusing to load pages while my Tor browser (for facebook,etc)...

Dell N7010 - BSOD Crash + Buzzing Noise

Hi,
I was given a Laptop to set up and without installing anything it is getting BSOD crashes when trying to run youtube videos, etc sometimes at random aswell when i try to open firefox.
