I did just now briefly show system files...under user\...podcast\ (the last violating error) there was one system file...

that's just it, the administrator account...

that's just it, the administrator account (users/adminstrator)...there's no login name that I'm aware of, and it's not under user setup in control panel.
and within the folder, only appdata existed...

during my first/latest backup, I got this error: 0x8100002F (see attached details).

I did research on microsoft knowledge base, but couldn't find a matching description for the first 11-errors...

after 2-days of managing samsung, and repeating to them no less than 4-times the critical symptoms as per above, I got them to replace the hard drive and all seems to be ok, at least...

I was of the understanding that the windows search is (or at least used to be) any part of a filename...eg. the filename is flashzzz.xls, whereas searching "flash"...
