I had this happen once today with paragon, but...

I had this happen once today with paragon, but way more when I used macdrive. I'll stick with the paragon one as long as it doesn't happen very often.

Same crap here/ Not sure which update caused it. Can't get rid of it even with system restore. Uninstalling the updates didn't fix it. back to Ghost from image and try again I guess.

Here on Win7 ult 64 on amd platform with ati, comctl32.dll explorer crash on right click desktop items. Stopped avast protection and restarted and problem went away, for now anyway.

My problem with AeroPeak turned out to be caused by a program called TewakWin7 or something like that that when you pushed "optimize", it did something to kill aero peak etc.

I did one better, I did an upgrade install to 7077 and now to 7100 and the problem carried over. Whatever did this is not being changed and overwritten on an upgrade. I guess whatever it is windows...
