I have been able to work on this fix and it worked.


Click Start.
Type Services in the Start Search.
SELECT "VIEW LOCAL SERVICES" under CONTROL PANEL
In the Services Windows search for...

I have also had the problems with backing up in Windows 7 Pro. I also get 2 other codes. One of which refered to file types. It suggested that backup would have problems with Jpeg, Gif, Mpeg, Zip,...
