Is it possible that this is a hardware failure? Motherboard? GPU?

I tested memory with memtest three times (2x2, 1x2 and 1x2) until 7 pass and 0 errors... I tried downclock processor and GPU, still the same...

OMG i'm sick of that..

What driver could cause...

What to do next?

I constantly have BSOD's... when i watch the movie (avi, mkv) in any player (GOM, MPC-HC, Splash Pro...) and when i browsing internet (Firefox, Opera, Chrome, IE9).

I reinstalled Windows...
