When I uninstalled them they keep coming back. I have disabled them and they seem to stay disabled. If they come back I will follow the link instructions. Wish me luck

I tried disabling them and I tried uninstalling them and they pop up a few minutes later in the device driver. Worst case they show up again on reboot. Whats the best way to banish them?
