When I open Device Manager, there isn't IEEE1394...

When I open Device Manager, there isn't IEEE1394 Bus host controller. So this option is not for my problem :)

When I turn my PC off, it turns on by himself. Only when I remove cable from electricity I can solve this problem. This problem started to show up after I changed video card. What reason could it be...
