OK let me explain; You (probably) got Windows 7 RC. DirectX 11 Software Development Kit is something else, it's a toolkit for developers who write games and other stuff that uses DirectX.

Got it working when I installed the DirectX 11 Runtime (from the SDK). I might add that I previously granted users change/write permissions on the Program Files/Activision Folder and disabled data...
