I already had the option to not let windows...

I already had the option to not let windows automatically download and install drivers.

I uninstalled the drivers for the mouse and keyboard, and reinstalled the driver for the Targus mouse.

I've had problems in the past with my laptop not being able to go to sleep or awake from sleep, but I've always been able to figure it out by updating...
