Random restarts w/dump files

I get random restarts about once a week, but if I play Medal of Honor or Black ops It will restart a 1-3 hours.

BSOD Help Minidump files included

Help keep getting random restarts, occationally get mini dump files. Memtest has run good numerous times. Any ideas? Thanks for the help. Matt

Thanks to everyone. Chev65 thanks for the info about the voltages. Increased memvolt to 1.60 and QPI/DRAM volt to 1.3875 so far no lock-ups or BSOD. Hope I have everything fixed.

I will but have each system on different...

I will but have each system on different harddrives and switch them in the bios. The computer has built with win 7 so I put vista on another harddrive so I can see if there are BSOD on both of them....

BSOD Help Please give place to start

Here is the dump file from the BSOD. It happens when pplaying COD Modern Warfare 2. Happens on Windows 7 and in Vista. This one is from the vista OS.
