Itunes and other isuues

I cannot log on to itunes, or down load Mcafee or log on to email account through outlook as all this programs state that I need to connect to the internet. Ha ha I say I am or I wouldn't be posting...

unexpected shut

Please help guys. whether it was missed or ignored yesterday I don't know.
Im experiencing enexpecyed shutdowns and today the OS would not Boot.
