MSDNAA Windows 7 reactivation and PC upgrade

Been having thoughts of changing the motherboard, CPU, RAM and PSU of my PC.
Will be using the same HDD.

If I change those parts do I need to reactivate Windows?
And as I'm using a MSDNAA copy,...

Ok, finally went on to do a Memtest overnight...

Ok, finally went on to do a Memtest overnight yesterday.
Ran till the 8th pass with no errors.

Will try out the Driver Verifier at a later time.

So far 3 instances of the problem occurred...

I guess I'll monitor the situation for a longer time.

The problem:
PC doesn't power down, the fans continue to spin after the monitor blacks out after "Shutting down.." screen. But sometimes it does power down, but I have to wait a while (1-2 minutes...

Windows should have filters to play most files...

Windows should have filters to play most files and if anything it can't play MPC-HC should be able to handle it with its built-in internal filters. I would say until you hit something you can't play...

Not sure about PVR2 as TV is not my main use for the card, but I got my Winfast TV2000XP RM(same chipset as Deluxe) installed in Win7 Pro x64 with this unofficial driver...

There the programs can change stuff in its own folder without admin privileges.

Is there any way to see the privilege level (admin or standard) of the programs running?

Thought that maybe Task Manager or Process Expolorer might have a column to show that but they don't seem...

Hmm, your Dscaler hardware info is the same as mine.
So yours is probably the TV2000XP RM too.
Expert and Global drivers don't work with the RM version.

As of now there are no official 64 bit...

Yup, I'm on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
And yes the color scheme changes to Windows 7 Basic when I run DScaler.

They run fine in another folder on the same HDD.

I've named my thumbdrives and eSATA HDD but in Windows Explorer the thumbdrives appear as "Removable Disk" and the eSATA HDD as "Local Disk".
(Named my thumbdrive "VALSTOCK" and eSATA HDD...
