The one I'm using is this Drivers & Support | GAME.AMD.COM (http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx?p=win7/windows-7-64bit) but it doesn't seem to install the AVStream driver.

ATI Unified AVStream Driver did work, but now flagged

Less than a week ago I plugged my ATI TV Wonder USB 650 in, and Windows 7 automatically found the drivers. I was able to watch TV perfectly through windows media center and had absolutely no problems...
