I uninstalled the drivers from each device in Device Manager.
Restarted.
Uninstalled the Catalyst Control Centre.
Restarted.
Cleaned up drivers...

How do I update them when I can't load Windows? I couldn't remove CCC in Safe Mode?

Yeah, I have a Gigabyte HD 5850 (2 LCDs) & Gigabyte HD...
