im trying to install that latest version 4.35 i think and it keep asking to reboot after trying to install SPTD over and over again

why sometime i get blocked with some apps? like msn

i get random port keys problem

my msn wont connect and so does the email, sometime browsing too

how do i fix it?

i tried reset the rounter, disable the firewall and reboot few time
